Vermillion Promotions respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website or contact us about our festivals.

Information you provide

When you contact us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, business name, festival of interest and message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and coordinate the related festival, sponsorship, volunteer or business activity.

We do not use personal information for marketing, and we do not sell or distribute contact lists.

Website and form services

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP addresses and request information. Where a website inquiry form is available, Web3Forms processes the submission and delivers it by email. Its spam-prevention services may also process submission information to detect unwanted messages. These providers may process information outside your country under their own privacy policies.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand website visits, popular pages and how visitors find our festivals. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes technical and usage information, such as device, browser and approximate location. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website tag. We do not send inquiry-form contents to Google Analytics. Retention and security

We retain correspondence as needed to respond, manage the related activity and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Web3Forms states that it may retain form submissions for up to three years. We take reasonable care with information, but no website or email system can guarantee complete security. Please do not send payment details or other sensitive information through an inquiry form.

External websites

Artist applications are handled through ZAPPlication. Ticketing, venue and other external links may take you to separate services. Their privacy policies apply to information you provide on those websites.
